Chicken Salad

Prepare a fulfilling salad that will stuff everyone around you for a day! 

Instructions

Preparation time – 20 minutes

Cook time – 30 minutes

1)

Take chicken breast halves and rub it with about half ounce fajita seasoning. Place pan over medium heat and add  sliced chicken, cook it for 10 minutes per side.

2)

Place saucepan over medium heat and add beans, salsa, corn and another half fajita seasoning, then mix and heat everything until it is warm.

3)

Toss salad greens, tomato and onions and top it with chicken and the dressing.

Ingredients (9)

  • 1 tomato (cut into wedges)
  • 1 (1.27 ounce) packet dry fajita seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained)
  • 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 chicken breast halves
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
