Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Cook time – 10 minutes

1)

Take a bowl and whisk egg. Place pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add egg to a pan and cook it for a few minutes. Remove pan from the heat, remove and slice egg into small pieces.

2) 

Add vegetable oil to the same pan, heat it, then add onion and saute it. Place soy sauce, pepper, salt, chicken and rice. Fry and stir for 6 minutes. Add egg, stir it.

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (cold!)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
