Wow, these chicken enchiladas are superb! It will take you just one hour to prepare and you will be very happy with the result!
Preparation time – 25 minutes
Cook time – 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 C). Grease baking dish.
Take a saucepan and place it over medium heat, then melt butter and add onion. Saute onion for 3 minutes, then add and mix green chiles, garlic powder, sour cream and mushroom soup cream. Don’t forget to stir. Remove about 3/4 saucepan contents and leave it for later. You will have 1/4 sauce left in the saucepan. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and chicken to the saucepan and mix it.
Spoon each tortilla with chicken mixture. Roll tortillas and place them in the baking dish. You still have 3/4 sauce left. Mix it with milk, then pour this mixture over tortillas and sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese. Place baking dish into the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
