Chicken Bulgogi

Prepare chicken like a pro! This is one of the best ways to cook chicken bulgogi – fast and efficient!


Preparation time – 20 minutes

Cook time – 15 minutes


Take a medium bowl and make a marinade by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, garlic, onion, pepper and sesame seeds.


Place skillet over medium heat and cook chicken with marinade. Stir it occasionally. It should take you 15 minutes to cook it.

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 pound chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 9 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
